1. Stacking Machine

Stacking Machines are built to help automate the process of stacking of the jute bags which traditionally are done manually and take too long a time to stack few heaps of Jute bags. Krishna Engineering has developed the expertise in manufacturing the jute industry machines. Our experience spans over years wherein our machines are exported to third workd countries. The stacking machine is used in the textile industries and especially in jute industries. The machines can be customized as per needs and requirements of the customers.

The stacking machine can be easily coupled to a printing machine. The machine is equipped with three lines of stack as per the packaging pattern of the industry. i.e., 10, 5, 10 respectively in each stack. The complete process of stacking, printing and sequencing can be automated using a robotic arm. M/s Krishna Engieering produces specialized models suiting your industry and product needs. The machine is designed to deliver stack of 45 to 60 bags per minute. The machine is built with a rugged engineering structure with suitably selected materials for long working life. The machine is powered by pneumatic drives and controls. The machine is manufactured with qualified materials aiming at good repeatability and suitable for continuous production work.

2. Bale Press Machine

We have designed and manufactured bale press machine. The bale press machine is used in many fields such as in jute industry, pharma industry, baling scrap, aluminum can, medical waste, urban waste, chopping straw, etc. We design special purpose food grade bale press having close chamber. Our machine facilitates auto removal of the bale of material. Our machines have capacities ranging from 10 tones to 250 tones. We also make bale press machine for jute industries and other industries as per customer requirement.

We have designed an automated cutting machine to cut the jute bags of required size. Unlike to manual cutting machines, it cuts the bags to precise dimension ultimately resulting in zero waste which save money and time. Further in line, it helps the bag folding machine to accurately hold the bags. We are also into the manufacturing of Bag folding machine.

4. Automatic Bag Folding Machine

A special purpose Jute bag folding machine for all your Industry requirements. The Machine can be configured for various types and numbers of folds in a complete automatic way. The Machine is precise, perfect and delivers a predetermined number of bags per minute.

5. Automatic Bag Feeding Robot

This machine delivers, perfect, precise and pre-determined feeding of jute bags into the input of bag printing machine. The Robotic Arm enables the machine with an automated, precision, Counting, Assembly, Stacking and Alignment of Bags works to achieve very fast operations as high as 60 bags per minute. It completely eliminates the need for human involvement.
